Privacy Policy

Direct Send Message lets you open a WhatsApp chat with a phone number without saving that number to your contacts first. This policy explains what the app does with your information.
In short: the app has no account, no server and no analytics. Everything you type stays on your phone.
Information the app stores
The app stores the following on your device only, so that it can work the way you expect:
- Phone numbers and messages you have sent, kept as your history and favorites.
- Message templates you create.
- Your settings, such as your default country, your theme choice, and whether you use WhatsApp Business.
This information is written to your phone's private app storage. It is not uploaded anywhere, it is not shared with us, and we cannot see it. No developer, company or third party receives it.
Contacts
The app asks for permission to read your contacts only so you can pick a number from a list instead of typing it. Your contacts are read on your device, shown to you, and then discarded. They are never uploaded, never copied into the app's storage, and never shared.
Only the single number and name you actually pick is used, and only to fill in the message form. You can refuse this permission and keep using every other part of the app — you will simply type numbers yourself.
Information the app does not collect
- No account, sign-up, email address or password.
- No analytics, tracking, advertising or advertising IDs.
- No location data.
- No reading of your WhatsApp messages. The app cannot see your chats, and does not have the technical means to.
The app contains no servers of our own and makes no network requests to us. There is nothing to collect, because nothing is transmitted.
When information leaves your phone
Your information leaves your device only when you deliberately send it somewhere:
- When you tap Send, WhatsApp opens with the number and message filled in. You still have to press send inside WhatsApp. From that point the message is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy, not this one.
- When you share or copy a wa.me link or QR code, it goes wherever you choose to send it.
We are not responsible for how WhatsApp, or any app you share a link into, handles your data. Please read their policies.
Deleting your information
You are always in control. You can delete individual history entries by swiping them away, clear your whole history from the History screen, and delete templates the same way.
Uninstalling the app permanently removes everything it has stored. Because none of it was ever copied off your phone, deleting it on your phone deletes it completely.
Children
This app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them. Since the app collects no information at all, there is nothing for us to hold or remove.
Not affiliated with WhatsApp
This app is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. WhatsApp is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC. The app simply opens WhatsApp using a link that WhatsApp publicly supports.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published here with a new date at the top. Meaningful changes will be noted in the app update description.
